9th Row, K 1, P 1, K 8, work next 22 sts in seed st pattern, K 9, P 1, K 1.
10th Row. K 1, P 1, K 1, P 9, work next 20 sts in seed st pattern, P 8, K 1, P 1, K 1.
11th Row. Same as 9th row.
12th Row. Same as 10th row.
13th Row. K 1, P 1, K 1, work a front cable twist over next 4 sts (front cable twist: slip (sl) 2 sts on a double pointed (dp) needle and hold in front of work, K next 2 sts, K 2 sts from dp needle), work a back cable twist over next 4 sts (back cable twist: sl 2 sts on a dp needle and hold in back of work, K next 2 sts, K 2 sts from dp needle), P 1, work next 20 sts in seed st pattern, over next 8 sts work a front and a back cable twist, K 1, P 1, K 1.
14th Row. Same as 10th row.
Repeat last 6 rows until work measures 68 inches ending with 10th row.
Next 8 Rows. Work in seed st pattern, bind off. Work 3 more strips in same manner. Sew the strips together. With Lt. Blue, using a double strand of yarn, lace through each double cable as illustrated.
